Golfers To “Tee Off For Better Health” During Benefit Golf Classic

Golfers will be teeing off to help provide better health during Pawnee Valley Community Hospital Foundation’s 5th Annual “Tee Off For Better Health”Benefit Golf Classic. This 4-Person Scramble tournament will be held on Sunday, September 21, at the Larned Country Club, and is limited to the first 18 teams registered. The entry fee is $75 per person, and includes 18 holes of golf, a catered lunch and prizes. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.

All proceeds from the Benefit Golf Classic will go towards the purchase of a new in-house MRI at Pawnee Valley Community Hospital.  Currently the MRI is only available to PVCH patients once a week via a mobile unit.  By having their own unit in-house PVCH can offer our patients more service days and hours while also giving them a better in-house experience during their scan.  This in turn means better healthcare for PVCH patients and the community that they serve.

This year’s Benefit Golf Classic is honored to have the support of great sponsors who include Hays Medical Center, Country Living of Larned, Haynes Electric Inc., Innovative Livestock Services, Inc./Ward Feed Yard, Pawnee Valley Community Hospital and First State Bank & Trust Company. Additional Benefit Golf Classic Sponsors will be featured as Hole Sponsors throughout the tournament.

You can pre-register your team now by calling the PVCH Foundation office at (620) 285-8840 or by emailing
